Law 22 of 2013
The class of officers and martyrs may be promoted to the rank of honour.

President

Based on the provisions of the Constitution, and as approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held in the date of 16-1, 0 -1435 A.H. 20-11-2013.

The following are issued:

Article 1

By decree, on the proposal of the Minister of the Interior, the elevation of the ranks of officers and individuals from the military forces of the internal security forces who were martyred as of the date of 15 -3-2011, and until 11-2012, issued to them decrees based on the Legislative Decree No. /14 of 1980, to the rank of lieutenant, may be amended.

Article 2

The provisions of the Decree Law (1.2) of 2012 apply to martyrs covered by the provisions of Article 1/of this Law.

Article 3

This Act shall be published in the Official Journal and shall be considered effective from the date of its promulgation.
