Law 27 of 1990
The Cooperative Agricultural Bank may borrow loans from the Central Bank of Syria to finance public, cooperative and joint projects.

Based on the Constitution

As approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held on the date of 25-2-1411 A.H. 14-10-1990,

The following are issued:

Article 1

The Cooperative Agricultural Bank may be able to finance public, cooperative and private sectors and for the purposes listed in paragraphs II and III of Article 10 of the Cooperative Agricultural Bank Act issued Legislative Decree No. 141 of 1970 :

a. To borrow or loan from the Central Bank of Syria within the conditions specified in the articles (28-29-30-31-32) From the Basic Monetary System promulgated by Legislative Decree No. 87 of 1953

b. To borrow or loan from the Central Bank of Syria within the conditions established by article 33 of the statute of the monetary system and contrary to the provisions of paragraphs (a-b-d) Article 33 mentioned.

Loans and advances granted in accordance with the provisions of this paragraph and the encumbered application may be for a period not exceeding five years for medium-term loans and 10 years for long-term loans.

Article 2

This Act is published in the Official Gazette and operates on the date of its promulgation.
