Law 11 of 2000 accepted cash from abroad the President based on the provisions of the Constitution.
Paints: article 1: Unlike all the text becomes accepts cash allowance of Syrian Arabs and their equivalents of Palestinian Arabs are subject to mandatory military service by Legislative Decree No 115 date 5/10/1953 and Syrian Arabic Republic residing outside the amendments in foreign countries or whatever their situation if including one of the following conditions: if their stay not less than fifteen years or they had over forty years of age.

Article 3: the amount of the allowance is paid to the public Treasury for persons covered by the provisions of this Decree as follows: a-15000 fifteen thousand dollars to persons covered by the provisions of paragraph a of article 1 of this Decree.
B-10000 10000 $ for persons covered by the provisions of paragraph b of article 1 of this Decree.
C-5000 five thousand dollars to persons covered by the provisions of article 2 of this Decree.
Article 4: continue the provisions of Legislative Decree No 7 10/1/1978 date.
Article 5: the General command of the armed forces to implement the provisions of this Decree.
Article 6: this Decree shall be published in the Official Gazette.
