Based on the Constitution.
paints the following:

Article 1

Contrary to each applicable text, the monetary allowance is accepted by the Syrian Arab officials and those of the Palestinian Arabs who are subject to the compulsory flag service defined by Legislative Decree No. 115 of 05/10/1956 and its amendments residing outside the Syrian Arab Republic in Arab or foreign countries. Whatever their situation, if they have one of the following conditions:

If their stay is no less than fifteen years or they have exceeded 40 years of age.

If their residency is no less than ten years, they would be willing to invest their money inside the Syrian Arab Republic or have been a university degree holders in technical scientific terms.

Article 2

The provisions of Legislative Decree No. 47 of 27 September 1979 apply to expatriate officials residing in the States of the Americas and in other Arab or foreign States.

Article 3

The amount of the cash allowance shall be determined and reimbursed to the General Treasury for the drinks by the provisions of this Decree as follows:

a. 155,000 U.S. dollars for the drinks with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Article I of this Legislative Decree.
b. $10,000 thousand for drinks with the provisions of paragraph 1 of article 1 of this Legislative Decree.
C-5000 US $5000 to the drinks by the provisions of Article II of this Legislative Decree.

Article 4

The provisions of Legislative Decree No. 7 of 10 January 1978 continue to be in operation.

Article 5

The General Command of the Army and the Armed Forces shall give the necessary instructions to implement the provisions of this Legislative Decree.

Article 6:

This Legislative Decree is published in the Official Journal.
