As approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held on 17-11-1425 A.H., 28-12-2004,
The following are issued:
Article 1
The provisions of Law No. 45 /45 of 31-12-1976 and its amendments containing the determination of the cash contribution to support sustainable development shall continue to be introduced.
Article 2
This law is published in the Official Journal and is considered effective from 1-1-2005.
