Consular fee of the passport or travel document for Syrian citizens residing outside the country

President

Based on the Constitution

As approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held on 26-12-1435 A.H. 29-12-2013, the following is issued:

Article 1

a. It specifies the consular fee of the passport or the travel document issued within the role system for Syrian citizens and in their judgment residing outside the country for 200 American dollars or equivalent in euros, including all other duties, including local administration fees.

b. The consular fee for a passport or travel document that is issued (immediately and urgent) to Syrian citizens and those in their judgment residing outside the country shall be set at 400 US dollars or equivalent in euros, including all other fees, including local administration fees.

Article 2

The Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Expatriates, in agreement with the Minister of the Interior, issued a decree with the Minister of the Interior, including all the added rates specified by the legislation issued to date.

Article 3

This Law is published in the Official Journal, and operates from the date of the day following its promulgation.
