Law 14 of 2014 stop deducting premiums, loans granted by banks to military deserters from military backers of the President of the Republic based on the Constitution, approved by Parliament at its meeting dated 25-8-1435 Hijri, 23-6-2014 ad.

Issued: article 1

Loan premiums deducted are turned off by public banks for military deserters from military backers who remain on top of their work or non-retired and deceased.

Article 2

Public banks take all legal actions to recover debts of the fleeing soldiers entitled unlike any legal provision in force take seizure of movable and immovable military deserters and their sponsor of the fleeing soldiers covered by article 1 of this law and on the money their wives and their children.

Article 3

In the absence of movable and immovable military deserters and their sponsor from escapee military debt is recorded in article 2 of this law, no financial liabilities and are collected upon check out any money to them or to their wives or children.

Article 4

This law shall be published in the Official Gazette.
