Based on the Constitution

As approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held on the date of 17-9-1435 A.H., 15 -7.2014,

The following are issued:

Article 1

It costs specific work, editing, beautification, the removal of the tattoos, and what the laws and regulations in the window allow real estate judges to assist in their work with a number of employees who are administrative related to their practice of working for the general manager of real estate interests.

Article 2

The real estate judges shall be appointed by decision of the Minister of Justice upon the proposal of the Director General of Real Estate Interests, from:

a. Workers in the Directorate General of Real Estate Interests, holders of rights leave who have spent a minimum of five years in their owners.

b. Holds of rights, the terms of appointment provided for in the Staff Regulations of the State promulgated by Act 50 of 2004 and its amendments are applicable and have succeeded in the competition organized by the Directorate General of Real Estate Interests.

Article 3

a. Staff assigned to administrative justice functions under article II, paragraph (a), of this Law are transferred to the owners of the real estate and to their remuneration, with the qualification of the qualified for the restoration.

b. Successful persons are appointed to the competition, conducted by the Directorate General of Real Estate Interests based on the provisions of article II, paragraph (b) of this Law, from the landlords of the first category, in accordance with the provisions laid down in the Basic Statute of the Workers of the State, issued By Act No. 50 of 2004 and its amendments.

Article 4

The Minister of Justice may:

a. The transfer of real estate judges from the owners of the General Directorate of Real Estate Interests, on the basis of a proposal by the Director General of Real Estate Interests, the Department of Judicial Inspection and for justified reasons while retaining their categories, remuneration and qualification for the estate.

b. The issuance of an impeachment, transfer or sentence against a real estate judge, in accordance with the procedures set forth in article VIII, paragraph (b), of this Law.

c. Naming a real estate judge, as chairman of the Committee for the Elimination of Prevalence, or any other committee provided for in the laws in force.

Article 5

The estate judges perform before the Area Court of Appeal, prior to their work, to the following right:

(I swear to the great God that I sentence people to justice and respect the laws.)

Article 6

After being appointed to a training course, the real estate judges shall be subject to no less than six months, whose terms and scientific and time programme shall be determined by decision of the Minister of Justice, upon the proposal of the Director General of Real Estate Interests.

Article 7

The function of a real estate judge may not be combined with any other profession, or any other act of self-judge, or mediation.

Article 8

a. A real estate judge may not be absent from his or her premises, before informing the Director General of the real estate interests in writing, nor shall he cease his work for a reason without leave.

b. In case the real estate judge fails or fails his job duties, he is aware of this in a secret book by the Director General of Real Estate Interests, and in case of repetition, the Minister of Justice is aware of this, for referral to the judicial inspection and the Minister of Justice to take the necessary action under the inspection report. Without the offer on the Supreme Judicial Council.

Article 9

Holes of real estate judges of all kinds are granted by the Director General of Real Estate Interests, in accordance with the provisions of the Basic Workers System of the State promulgated by Law No. 50 of 2004 and its amendments.

Article 10

In crimes committed by real estate judges while on or out of office, other than the case of the offence, the general right is not established by the Attorney General or by the authorization of a committee composed of the President of the Court of Cassation and two of its oldest advisers.

Article 11

a. Taking into account the provisions of Articles 4, 8 and 10 of this Act, real estate judges shall benefit from:

1. Immunity, due to ordinary justice.

2. Compensor the nature of the judicial work and compensation for the office work of the ordinary judiciary.

b. The real estate judges shall be referred to retirement upon completion of the sixty-fifth session.

Article 12

The real estate judges and those who assist them are an independent angel consisting of the total of their posts defined in the General Directorate of Real Estate Interests.

Article 13

The real estate judges and the administrative staff have a transfer of judgment with their respective groups, their own wages and their qualification to the real estate owners on the date of this coming into force.

Article 15

The number of real estate judges in each province is determined by decision of the Minister of Administration for Local Affairs based on the Director General's proposal for real estate interests.

Article 16

The real estate areas under the jurisdiction of the estate judge shall be appointed by a decision issued by the Director General for Real Estate Interests.

Rule 17

In cases where a real estate judge is required to relocate, for a domestic disclosure, official act, outside the county centre, appointment of arbitrators, experts, or inviting witnesses, the estate judge applies the provisions for expenses in the Fees and Judicial Insurance Act.

Rule 18

If the estate judge is unable to consider one of the cases submitted to him, due to a legal impediment, the Minister of Justice shall be assigned a decision to be issued by the Minister of Justice, upon the proposal of the Director General of Real Estate Interests, one of the real estate judges for consideration.

Rule 19

The workers required for the real estate work are appointed by a decision of the Director General of Real Estate Interests, in accordance with the provisions of the Basic Staff Regulations of the State Workers Act No. 50 of 2004 and its amendments.

Rule 20

Act on the remuneration and compensation of real estate judges and their associate workers against the allocated appropriations in the budget of the Directorate General of Real Estate Interests.

Rule 21

a. A standing committee headed by the Director General for real estate interests and the membership of the director of legislation and real estate registration, the real estate judge in the area, the area manager, the director of real estate interests in the county and the head of the area department, whose task is to set the time programs for issuing and depositing decisions. The matter is issued by the real estate judge, regarding the identification and editing of real estate areas to the real estate registry, and the determination of objections regarding them.

b. The real estate judges submit periodic reports through the director of real estate interests in the governorate, which in turn submits them, together with his opinion, to the director general of the real estate interests, including the number of cases in a real estate area and what has been separated from them, and the amount and percentage of the minutes of identification and editing, which have been completed. Deposits of the real estate register and obstacles to the operation, and the proposals necessary to solve it.

Rule 22

For all that is not provided for in this Law, the provisions in the Staff Regulations of the State promulgated by Law No. 50 of 2004 and its amendments shall be applied in this Law.

Rule 23

The Minister of Local Administration shall issue regulations and executive instructions for the provisions of this Act in coordination with the Minister of Justice.

Rule 24

The Act No. 89 of 1958 is terminated, and each text is contrary to the provisions of this Act.

Rule 25

This law is published in the Official Journal.
