Ratification of Credit Facility Agreement signed between Syria and Iran

President

Based on the provisions of the Constitution, and as approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held on 20/9/1436 A.H., 7/7/2015, the following shall be issued:

Article 1

The agreement of the credit facility signed in Damascus dated 19/05/2015 by the Syrian Commercial Bank and the Iranian Export Development Bank is estimated at US$ 1 billion or its equivalent of foreign currencies to finance the importation of goods, commodities and the implementation of projects.

Article 2

This law is published in the Official Journal.
