Amendment of Legislative Decree 107 of 2011 Local Administration Act
President
On the basis of the provisions of the Constitution, and as approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held on 6/10/1436 A.H., 22 July 2015, the following shall be issued:
Article 1
amends section 1 of Article 55 of the Local Administration Act of Legislative Decree No. 107 of 2011 To become the following:

- In the case of an exemption or a legal absence of the Governor, the Commander of the county police, as representative of the executive branch, shall be deputy-led by the Deputy Chief Executive Officer in all terms of reference relating to the work of the Executive Office, and shall be determined to be consistent and ordered for liquidation and disbursement.
