Extension of the term of office of the worker specified in article 36 of Law 50 2004. Basic Staff System

Based on the Constitution

It was approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held on 1437/01/05 A.H., 2015/10/18.

The following are issued:

Article 1

By decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, the duration of the term specified in paragraph (a) of Article (36) may be extended from Act No. 50 /50 of 2004 For one year.

Article 2

This Act is published in the Official Journal and operates for a period of one year from the date of its promulgation.
