Based on the Constitution

As approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held on 2/5 1437 A.H., 10/2/2016.

The following are issued:

Article 1

Amend paragraph (a) of article 3, paragraph (a), and article 25, paragraph (a), of Act No. 2 of 2007, which governs the retirement treasury of agricultural engineers in the following manner:

Article 3/: a. The age of 60 years and the occupation of agricultural engineering is less than 30 years or 65 years of age, and the profession is at least fifteen years of occupation.

Article 4/: The history of the association of agricultural engineers to the treasury is the date of their registration in the union, and those who are registered in the register are entitled to include five years of affiliation to the treasury prior to the date of their registration in the guild, after the payment of the full indebtedness due to the delay with the penalty. The rules of procedure of the Treasury shall establish the basis and rules for calculating the duration of the occupation in the pension account and how the contribution will be paid.

Article 25/: a A basic pension for the 60-year-old who has spent less than 30 years in the profession.

Article 2

Add (h) /h/to Article 5/of Law No. 2/2007 /2007 to the Treasury of Agricultural Engineers.

h. Add a percentage (2 %) of the wages of laboratory analyses conducted by different bodies to agricultural products and products and the requirements of local and imported agricultural production for the retirement of agricultural engineers.
