At its 11-6-1438th meeting, the People ' s Assembly approved the migration of 9.3-2017.
Issue:
Article (1)
Licensing fees provided for in article 37 of the Arms and Ammunition Act promulgated by Legislative Decree No. 51 of 24.9.2001 are amended as follows:
– Licensing of the carrying and possession of a military pistol 5,000 Syrian pounds.
– Licensing of the carrying and possession of a one-wheeled hunting rifle, whatever its type and 15 thousand Syrian lire.
– Licensing of the carrying and possession of a two-nice hunting rifle, whatever its type and 20,000 Syrian lire.
– Licensing of the carrying and possession of a three-invoice, mechanical or atomatic hunting rifle, whatever its type and calibre of 235,000 Syrian lire.
- Licensing of the carrying and possession of weapons of practice 5000 Syrian lire.
– Licensing of weapons repair at the governorate centre of 100,000 Syrian pounds.
– Licensing of weapons repair outside the governorate centre of 75,000 Syrian pounds.
- Permission to manufacture firearms 500,000 Syrian lire.
- Permission to trade in firearms 500,000 Syrian lire.
