See art. 24, para. 3, let. A, of the Law of 1 Er July 1966 on epizootics 1 , given art. 5, para. 4, of the order of 18 November 2015 regulating the trade in imports, transit and export of animals and animal products with the EU Member States, Iceland and Norway 2 ,

Stops:

Art. 1 Purpose and Purpose

1 The purpose of this order is to prevent the introduction of contagious nodular dermatosis ( Lumpy skin disease ) In Switzerland.

2 It regulates imports from Bulgaria and Greece:

A.
Bovine animals within the meaning of s. 2, para. 3, let. R, of the order of 23 April 2008 on the protection of animals 1 And wild ruminants;
B.
Fresh meat, meat preparations, meat products, hides, skins and unprocessed animal by-products obtained from the animals referred to in the let. A;
C.
Semen, ova and embryos, colostrum, milk and dairy products of cattle.

Art. 2 Importation of Live Animals

The importation of bovine animals and wild ruminants from the restricted areas listed in the Annex is prohibited.

Art. 3 Importation of Semen, ova and Embryos

The importation of semen, ova and embryos from bovine animals from the restricted areas listed in the schedule is prohibited.

Art. 4 Importing hides and skins

1 The import of non-treated hides and skins of bovine animals and wild ruminants from the restricted areas listed in the Annex is prohibited.

2 The import of hides and skins treated from bovine animals and wild ruminants from the restricted areas set out in the Annex shall be permitted if they have been treated as described in Annex I, point 28 of the Regulation (EU) n O 142/2011 1 .

Art. 5 Imports of fresh meat, meat preparations and meat products

1 The import of fresh meat, meat preparations and meat products made from fresh meat of bovine animals and wild ruminants from the restricted areas listed in the Annex is prohibited.

2 The following imports are allowed:

A. 1
The import of fresh meat and meat preparations of bovine animals and wild ruminants from areas of Greece outside the restricted areas set out in the Annex if the competent authorities have authorised the export according to Art. 5, para. 2, of the Implementing Decision (EU) 2015/1500 2 ;
B. 3
The import of fresh meat products from bovine animals and wild ruminants from the restricted areas set out in the Annex if the competent authorities of the country concerned have authorised the export according to Art. 6, para. 3, of the implementing decision 2015/1500 or according to Art. 6, para. 3, of the Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/645 4 ;
C.
The import of fresh meat products derived from bovine animals and wild ruminants from outside the restricted areas listed in the Annex, but processed in those areas if the competent authorities of the country concerned have authorised Export according to Art. 6, para. 4, of the above-mentioned implementing decisions.

Art. 6 Imports of colostrum, milk and milk products

1 The importation of colostrum, milk and dairy products from cattle originating from holdings in the restricted areas set out in the Annex is prohibited.

2 The import of milk and milk products from bovine animals from the restricted areas set out in the Annex shall be permitted if that milk and these products are intended for human consumption and the competent authorities of the country concerned have Authorized the export in accordance with the requirements of s. 7 of the enforcement decisions referred to above in s. 5.

Art. 7 Importing animal by-products

1 The importation of unprocessed animal by-products of bovine animals and wild ruminants from the restricted areas listed in the Annex is prohibited.

2 The import of processed animal by-products of bovine animals and wild ruminants from the restricted areas set out in the Annex shall be subject to the provisions of the Ordinance of the DFI of 18 November 2015 regulating import trade, Transit and export of animals and animal products with EU Member States, Iceland and Norway 1 .


Art. 8 Entry into force

This Order comes into force on July 22, 2016.

Restricted Areas

1. Bulgaria

The entire territory of Bulgaria is designated a "restricted area".

2. Greece

2.1 The following regions of Greece have been designated as "restricted areas":

Eastern Macedonia and Thrace

The Epirus area

The Peloponnese Region

The Thessaly region

The Western Greek Region

The Western Macedonia Region

2.2 Designated "restricted area" means the following regional unit of Greece:
