173.110.1 order of the Federal Assembly on judges to the federal court by September 30, 2011 (Status January 1, 2012) the Federal Assembly of the Swiss Confederation, under art. 1, al. 5, of the Act of 17 June 2005 on the federal court, having regard to the report of April 8, 2011, of the Committee on Legal Affairs of the national Council, having regard to the opinion of the federal Council of 4 May 2011, stop: art. 1. the federal Tribunal judges strength consists of: a. 38 ordinary judges; b. 19 judges.

S. 2 management control and report the Tribunal federal is a management control that serves as the basis for the Federal Assembly to exercise supervision and to determine the number of judges.

S. 3 entry into force this order comes into force on January 1, 2012.
