Art. 2 duration and start the initial vocational training lasts for 4 years.
For holders of a federal certificate of capacity of electrician of mounting, Planner-electrician or telematics, the initial vocational training is generally two years.

Art. 5 methodological skills methodological skills relate to knowledge and aptitude for the following areas: a. technical work; b. process-oriented action; c. technical information and communication; d. learning strategies; e. technical creativity; f. methods of Council; g. ecological behavior.

Art. 6 social and personal skills social and personal competences are the knowledge and aptitude for the following areas: a. sense of responsibility; b. lifelong learning; c. communication skills d. ability to deal with conflict; (e) ability to work in a team; f. civility; g. physical and psychic strength.

Section 3 safety at work, protection of the health and protection of the environment article 7. from the beginning of the training, the training providers back and explain to students the guidelines and recommendations for safety at work, protection of health and environmental protection, in particular those relating to the communication of hazards (symbols of danger, pictograms), signs of prohibition in these three areas.

Art. 11 general culture general culture education is governed by the order of SERI of 27 April 2006 on the minimum conditions for the general culture in the initial vocational training.

RS 412.101.241 Section 6 requirements for providers of ivet in company art. 12 minimum requirements on training trainers can be trained in companies that have a general authorization to install within the meaning of the order of 7 November 2001 on electrical installations at low voltage (ITTO) or who hold a person skilled in the art in the sense of the ITTO. a. installers-electricians CFC with at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of the training they provide under the direction of a person according to the ITTO; b. electricians of assembly qualified with at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of the training they provide under the direction of a person according to the ITTO; c. a degree corresponding to the level of training people superior professional and have at least 5 years of professional experience in the area of training that they provide under the direction of a person according to the ITTO; d. holders of a diploma from a high school with at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of the training under the direction of a person according to the ITTO; e. the trades people according to ITTO.

RS 734.27 art. 20 purpose of qualification procedures qualification procedures are intended to demonstrate the operational skills described in art. 4 to 6 were acquired.

Art. 21 scope and organization of the qualification procedure with final exam the qualification procedure with final review is on operational skills in the areas of qualification below as follows: a. practical work in the form of a prescribed practical work (TPP) with a duration of 20 hours. This area of qualification is assessed at the end of the initial vocational training. Art. 23 repetitions the repetition of the qualification procedure is governed by art. 33 OFPr.
If a field of qualification must be repeated, it must be in its entirety.
For people who repeat the final exam without again following the teaching of professional knowledge, the former note of experience is taken into account. For people who follow again the teaching of professional knowledge at least 2 semesters, only new notes are taken into account for the calculation of the score of experience.
For people who repeat the final exam without the business courses again, the former note of experience is taken into account. For people who follow the last two business courses evaluated again, only the new notes are taken into account for the calculation of the score of experience.

The person who has managed a qualification procedure receives the federal certificate of capacity (CFC).
The CFC allows its holders to bear the title legally protected by "Proofer-electrician CFC" / "Installer-electrician CFC.
If the EFA was achieved through the qualification with final examination procedure, the report card mentioned: a. the overall score; b. the notes of each area of qualification of the final exam and subject to art. 24, al. 1, the note of experience.

Section 11 provisions final art. 27 repeal of other acts the initial order of SERI of 20 December 2006 on the professional training of Proofer-electrician/Installer-electrician with federal certificate of capacity (CFC) is repealed;
The approval of the training plan of December 20, 2006 for installatrices-electricians/installers-electricians is revoked.

RO 2007 607 art. 28 transitional provisions the people who started their installer-electrician CFC training before 1 January 2015 complete it according to the old law.
If they demand, people who repeat the qualification procedure with final exam of Installer-electrician CFCS until December 31, 2020 will see their benefits valued according to the old law.

Art. 29 entry into force this order comes into force on 1 June 2015.
The provisions relating to procedures qualification, the certificate and the title (art. 19 to 25) come into force on January 1, 2019.
