Art. 2 duration and start the initial vocational training lasts for 4 years.
For holders of a federal certificate of capacity of electrician of mounting, Planner-electrician or telematics, the initial vocational training is generally two years.
The beginning of the initial vocational training is coordinated with the beginning of the training provided by the vocational school.

Art. 5 methodological skills methodological skills relate to knowledge and aptitude for the following areas: a. technical work; b. process-oriented action; c. technical information and communication; d. learning strategies; e. technical creativity; f. methods of Council; g. ecological behavior.
Art. 6 social and personal skills social and personal competences are the knowledge and aptitude for the following areas: a. sense of responsibility; b. lifelong learning; c. communication skills d. ability to deal with conflict; (e) ability to work in a team; f. civility; g. physical and psychic strength.
Section 3 safety at work, protection of the health and protection of the environment article 7. from the beginning of the training, the training providers back and explain to students the guidelines and recommendations for safety at work, protection of health and environmental protection, in particular those relating to the communication of hazards (symbols of danger, pictograms), signs of prohibition in these three areas.
The guidelines and the above recommendations are an integral part of training in all areas of training and they are taken into account in the qualification procedures.

In derogation from art. 4, al. 1, OLT 5, it is permissible to hold people in training, depending on their level of knowledge, the following works: a. the work being done with machines, equipment and tools risk of accidents which it can be assumed that young people, because of their insufficient awareness of the risks or their lack of experience or training may not identify them or prevent them; b. work with significant risks of fire, explosion, accident, illness or poisoning; c. the work at heights representing a danger.
This exemption, which applies to an occupation according to para. 4, presupposes that trainees are trained, supervised and monitored according to high risk; These specific provisions are set in the training plan in the form of accompanying safety at work and health protection measures.
Section 4 Parts performed by various places of training and teaching language arts. 8 shares performed in different places of training training to professional practice in business spans the duration of initial training, on average at a rate of 3 ½ to 4 days a week.
Compulsory education at the vocational school includes 1620 teaching periods. Of these, 160 periods are devoted to teaching the sport.

The training plan: a. details the contents of initial training and the provisions for safety at work, protection of health and environmental protection, and defines what operational skills are acquired and transmitted in every place of training; b. the table of periods of teaching in the vocational school; c. designated the body responsible for business courses and defines the Organization of courses and their distribution on the duration of the initial vocational training; d. a consistent relationship between the operational skills and the qualification procedure and describes the terms of the latter.

Art. 11 general culture general culture education is governed by the order of SERI of 27 April 2006 on the minimum conditions for the general culture in the initial vocational training.
RS 412.101.241 Section 6 requirements for providers of ivet in company art. 12 minimum requirements on training trainers can be trained in companies that have a general authorization to install within the meaning of the order of 7 November 2001 on electrical installations at low voltage (ITTO) or who hold a person skilled in the art in the sense of the ITTO. The person skilled in the art is a trainer in accordance with para. 2. the company may use the services of a person of the part-time job (minimum occupancy rate: 40%) if at the same time it employs a person according to art 2 with the task of providing assistance to people in training.
The minimum requirements for trainers within the meaning of art. 44, al. 1, let. a and b, OFPr are met by any person justifying of the following qualifications:
a. installers-electricians CFC with at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of the training they provide under the direction of a person according to the ITTO; b. electricians of assembly qualified with at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of the training they provide under the direction of a person according to the ITTO; c. a degree corresponding to the level of training people superior professional and have at least 5 years of professional experience in the area of training that they provide under the direction of a person according to the ITTO; d. holders of a diploma from a high school with at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of the training under the direction of a person according to the ITTO; e. the trades people according to ITTO.
RS 734.27 RS 734.27 art. 13 the maximum number of people in training companies that have two trainers or a trainer held 100% occupied each at least 60% can train someone.
Another person can be formed for each group of two full-time professionals or each group of three professionals held together by 200% in the company.
Are deemed professionals holders of a federal certificate of capacity or an equivalent qualification in the field of the person in training. Electricians-installers are considered as equivalent to that of the fitters electricians trained.
In companies that are allowed to form only one, a second person may start its training if the first enters its last year of initial vocational training.
In special cases, the cantonal authority may authorize a company having trained for several years with successful people to exceed the maximum number of trainees.

There is place for the teacher to check the effectiveness of the measures taken after the deadline and to mention it in the training file.
Section 8 Art. qualification Procedures 19 admission is admitted to the qualification procedures the person who took the initial vocational training: a. in accordance with this order; (b) in an institution of training accredited by the canton, ouc. in one context other than that of a line of regulated training and who: 1. has acquired the necessary professional experience referred to in art. OFPr 32, 2. has conducted 3 years at least of this experience in the field of activity of the electricians installers under the direction of a person according to ITTO, et3. makes it credible to its ability to meet the requirements of the qualification procedures.
RS 734.27 art. 20 purpose of qualification procedures qualification procedures are intended to demonstrate the operational skills described in art. 4 to 6 were acquired.
Art. 21 scope and organization of the qualification procedure with final exam the qualification procedure with final review is on operational skills in the areas of qualification below as follows: a. practical work in the form of a prescribed practical work (TPP) with a duration of 20 hours. This area of qualification is assessed at the end of the initial vocational training. The training person must show that it is able to perform the tasks required in the rules of the art and according to the needs and the situation. For the calculation of the overall score, scores are weighted as follows: a. practical work: 40%; b. professional knowledge: 20%; c. note experience: 20%; d. General knowledge: 20%.
Art. 23 repetitions the repetition of the qualification procedure is governed by art. 33 OFPr.
If a field of qualification must be repeated, it must be in its entirety.
For people who repeat the final exam without again following the teaching of professional knowledge, the former note of experience is taken into account. For people who follow again the teaching of professional knowledge at least 2 semesters, only new notes are taken into account for the calculation of the score of experience.
For people who repeat the final exam without the business courses again, the former note of experience is taken into account. For people who follow the last two business courses evaluated again, only the new notes are taken into account for the calculation of the score of experience.
Art. 24 particular cases for people who followed the prior outside the framework of the vocational training initial training regulated and undergone final review governed by this order, there is no note of experience.

Section 9 certificate and title art. 25
The person who has managed a qualification procedure receives the federal certificate of capacity (CFC).
The CFC allows its holders to bear the title legally protected by "Proofer-electrician CFC" / "Installer-electrician CFC.
If the EFA was achieved through the qualification with final examination procedure, the report card mentioned: a. the overall score; b. the notes of each area of qualification of the final exam and subject to art. 24, al. 1, the note of experience.
Section 10 development of quality and Organization art. 26 Swiss commission for the development of the profession and the quality of the training of electricians-installers CFC the Swiss Commission for the development of the profession and the quality of the training of electricians-installers CFC (commission) includes: a. five Union representatives Switzerland installers - electricians (USIE); b. a representative of the Swiss Association instructors-electricians (ASIA); (c) a representative of the association "Schweizerischer Maschinenbau-Elektro - und Informatikfachlehrer Verband" (SMEIV); d. at least one representative of the Federal Government and at least one representative townships.

Section 11 provisions final art. 27 repeal of other acts the initial order of SERI of 20 December 2006 on the professional training of Proofer-electrician/Installer-electrician with federal certificate of capacity (CFC) is repealed;
The approval of the training plan of December 20, 2006 for installatrices-electricians/installers-electricians is revoked.
RO 2007 607 art. 28 transitional provisions the people who started their installer-electrician CFC training before 1 January 2015 complete it according to the old law.
If they demand, people who repeat the qualification procedure with final exam of Installer-electrician CFCS until December 31, 2020 will see their benefits valued according to the old law.
Art. 29 entry into force this order comes into force on 1 June 2015.
The provisions relating to procedures qualification, the certificate and the title (art. 19 to 25) come into force on January 1, 2019.
