1 The purpose of this order is to prevent the introduction of avian influenza in Switzerland.
2 It regulates the import of poultry meat not subject to heat treatment, table eggs not subject to heat treatment, live poultry, ready-to-lay poultry, day-old chicks and hatching eggs Of France.
The importation of poultry meat not subject to heat treatment from the protective zone of France set out in the Annex is prohibited.
The import of table eggs not subject to heat treatment from the protective and surveillance zones of France defined in the Annex is prohibited.
The import of live poultry, ready-to-lay poultry, day chicks and hatching eggs from the protective and surveillance zones of France set out in the Annex is prohibited.
This Order comes into force on December 8, 2015.
