From 22 to 31 March 1950 between Switzerland and France on agricultural quotas from the free zones of Haute-Savoie and the Pays de Gex

By notes exchanged on 22 and 31 March 1950 between the legation of Switzerland in Paris and the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Federal Council and the French Government agreed:

A.
To maintain in force until 31 December 1952 the restrictions on the importation into Switzerland of agricultural products from the export zones of Haute-Savoie and the Pays de Gex, as set out in Annex I to the Regulation concerning Imports into Switzerland of the products of the free zones 1 Established by the arbitral award of 1 Er December 1933 2 ;
B.
In derogation from s. B of Annex I, no longer subordinate the duty-free entry into Switzerland of honey produced in free zones, provided that it has the character of a 'market supply'.

From now on, honey from the exploitation of a zonian producer can only be imported twice a week, on different days. In the case of imports by persons other than producers, they will not be able to import more than one import per day, on the understanding that there will be no more than two imports per week for the same producer. No import shall exceed the weight of fifty kilograms.
