Section 2 information system for data on farms, structures and contributions art. 2 data information system for data operations, structures and contributions (SIPA) includes the following data: a. data on operations referred to in annex 1, c. 1; b. data structures referred to in annex 1, ch. 2; c. data on registration to the types of direct payments and direct payments referred to in annex 1, c. 3.
Art. 3 acquisition of cantonal data acquires the data.
They may delegate the acquisition to operators, municipalities or organizations appropriate as far as data protection is guaranteed.
They acquire the data according to the following frequency: a. on-farm data: continuous; b. data structures: one time per year; c. data on registration to the types of direct payments and direct payments: once a year.

Institute of Virology and Immunology; d. Federal Customs Administration e. Federal liquor board; f. Swiss therapeutic products; g. Swiss Accreditation Service.
Section 3 information system for control data art. 6 data information system for data control (Acontrol) contains the following data: a. information on the operator and information about the operation referred to in annex 1, ch. 1.1 and 1.2; b. data structures referred to in annex 1, ch. 2; c. data on registration for the types of direct payments referred to in annex 1, ch. 3.1; d. basic data of the controls and results of the checks referred to in annex 2 , Nos. 1 and 2; e. information about general enforcement and criminal proceedings referred to in annex 2, Chapter 3; f. information on discounts or the refusal of direct payments referred to in annex 2, Chapter 4.
Art. 7 cantons data acquisition report the data referred to in art. 6, let. d to f, based on the tests.
They enter the data directly or transfer them in Acontrol from their own computer systems.
They can delegate the data acquisition to the bodies which they have appointed to carry out controls in accordance with art. 6 of the Ordinance on October 23, 2013, on the coordination of controls on farms (OCCEA).

Art. 11 acquisition of data the FOAG periodically acquires the data referred to in art. 10, let. a and c.
The cantons gain once per year the data referred to in art. 10, let. b. the cantons may delegate the acquisition of the data referred to in art. 10, let. b, operators, municipalities or organizations appropriate provided that data protection is guaranteed.
Art. 12 entry and cantonal data capture and process geodata referred to in art. 10, let. b, in the cantonal geographic information system.
They pass the final geodata to the FOAG to no later than 31 December of the year of contributions.
The transmission of data is done in accordance with valid geodata models and technical requirements of the FOAG.

Section 6 other information Art. systems 17 projects of land improvements and credit information system farm the FOAG operates an information system on land improvements and agricultural credits (eMapis) projects. This system is used to the authorities responsible for granting financial aid in the field of measures of social support (Title 4 LAgr) and structures (title 5 LAgr) improvements.
The eMAPIS system contains the following data: a. data on the applicant; b. data on exploitation and data related to the project; c. data financial, including the calculation of support and its amount.

Art. 25 quality and rectification of the data the federal services regularly monitor the quality of the data. Cantonal and federal services may require the bodies and people who acquire the data to correct it if the quality of the latter is insufficient.
Those bodies and individuals who enter the data in the information systems shall rectify incorrect data during the period of ongoing treatment early enough.
Art. 26 development and systems operations and responsibilities the Federal Government develops, in collaboration with the cantons, information systems referred to in art. 1 and assumes business responsibility.
The provider of computer services of the federal Department of the economy, training and research, the federal Office of Informatics and telecommunications and the federal Office of topography argue the FOAG and the federal Office of food safety and Veterinary Affairs (FSVO) what technical requirements related to the development of the systems. With regard to the dissemination of the data of control referred to in art. 6, let. d and e, belonging to the fields of safety of food, animal health and the protection of animals, for which the FSVO is competent, the art. 15-17 of the Ordinance of October 29, 2008, for the information of the public Veterinary Service system apply.
