Article 1 this regulation lays down rules that connect to the law (2014:1020) if accounting centres for taxi traffic and 2 a Cape. taxi traffic law (2012:211).



Licensing authority



section 2 of the Swedish Transport Agency is the licensing authority in accordance with section 4 of the Act (2014:1020) if accounting centres for taxi traffic.



Application



section 3 of the application for authorization to operate a central get accounting must be in writing and submitted to the Swedish Transport Agency.



The applicant shall submit with the application the documents needed to prove that the activity will meet the requirements of 8 to 10 and 13 of the Act (2014:1020) if accounting centres for taxi services and the regulations in connection with the Act.



Transportation Board shall, in the case of foreign nationals not domiciled in Sweden, accept that description of good repute such extract from a register of the competent authority or the certificate issued by a competent authority or body, in the country in which the alien is a national or resident.

Certification of technical equipment section 6 of The technical equipment used in the g/l Finland's activity shall be certified by a body accredited for this duty, in accordance with European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) no 765/2008 of 9 July 2008 setting out the requirements for accreditation and market surveillance relating to the marketing of products and repealing Regulation (EEC) No 339/93, in the original wording , and the law (2011:791) on accreditation and technical control, or by a certification body accredited in the corresponding order in another country within the European economic area.



In the case of certification of such equipment shall apply the rules concerning the technical equipment which has been issued by the Swedish Transport Agency pursuant to this regulation.



Application review



section 7 requirement of good repute in accordance with 8 and 13 of the Act (2014:1020) if accounting centres for taxi services is not considered to be fulfilled by the person convicted of a serious crime, including serious economic crimes.



The requirement of good repute is not considered to be fulfilled either by the given withdrawal or repeatedly given warning in accordance with section 18 of the Act on accounting centres for taxi traffic.

Notice of changing conditions



9 § the licensee shall to the Swedish Transport Agency report about the business executives or anyone else aptitude examination is directed to be replaced, no later than one week after the change has occurred. The same applies if any such person applies.

Supervision



section 12 in section 27 of the Act (2014:1020) if accounting centres for taxi service provides for the licensing authority of the Act and the regulations in connection to law enforcement.



The tax agency and the Swedish Board for accreditation and conformity control must provide the information to the Swedish Transport Agency are necessary for the exercise of supervision.



Notice of hired accounting central



13 § 2 a notification pursuant to the Cape. section 2 of the taxi traffic law (2012:211) if hired accounting central is to be made to the Swedish Transport Agency.



Authorities ' obligation to

16 § When a court sentenced one of the offences referred to in Chapter 5. section 2 of the Ordinance (2001:650) on road traffic or when a higher court has decided a case where such an issue has been tried, to a copy of the judgment or decision shall be sent to the Swedish Transport Agency immediately if the judgment or decision relates to someone who is authorized to get power accounting central or any other decision as referred to in sections 11 and 12 of the Act (2014:1020) if accounting centres for taxi traffic.



Indication of non-transfer of taximeter information



section 17 of Such indication of non-transmission of all data referred to in paragraph 24 the law (2014:1020) if accounting centres for taxi services is due within a week of the transfer no later than would have been made. Appropriations



Requirements for authorisation section 18 of the Transport Board may, after giving the Swedish tax authorities to submit their comments, provide for such requirements as referred to in 8, 9 and 13 of the Act (2014:1020) if accounting centres for taxi traffic. In section 2 of the Regulation (2011:811) on accreditation and technical control provides for government agencies that may provide for certain characteristics of products, facilities or equivalent (regulatory authorities) will hear the Swedish Board for accreditation and conformity control before they announce regulations on conformity assessment.



Disclosure of the taximeter information etc.



section 19 of the Transport Board may, after giving the tax agency and the Swedish Board for accreditation and control the opportunity to make known their views, communicate the details relating to the 1. the taximeter data covered by the transmission requirement of 2 a Cape. 1 § taxi traffic law (2012:211), 2. digital and wireless transmission of data in accordance with a taximeter 2 kap. paragraph 3 of the taxi traffic law,



3. such transfers of taximeter information referred to in paragraphs 17 and 22 teams (2014:1020) if accounting centres for taxi service, and



4. disclosure of such information and messages to the tax referred to in paragraph 24 the law on accounting centres for taxi traffic.



section 20 of the Swedish Transport Agency may announce details relating to 1. such obligation referred to in paragraph 24 and section 26 of the Act (2014:1020) if accounting centres for taxi service, and 2. how a notification referred to in (a) of the Cape. section 2 of the taxi traffic law (2012:211) should be done and what it should contain.



Supervision and fees



section 21 Transport Board may provide for 1. supervision under the law (2014:1020) if accounting centres for taxi service, and 2. fees for supervision and case handling in accordance with the Act on accounting centres for taxi traffic and according to the rules given in conjunction with the Act.
