Introductory provisions
1 § State aid provided under this regulation with a view to promoting

supply input for the patient and his family.
5 § Support is payable only to those who are judged to have such skills as
needed to operate agricultural company effectively.

for measures providing a rationalization in the context of existing
resources or leads to smoother and more stable employment for
the company's work force.

Loan guarantee

5. acquisition of agricultural machine with accessories to be used in common
for several agricultural companies, acquisition of machine stock for professional
machine posture for agriculture, the purchase of a building for such
machine posture, the cost of shipbuilding and building of such
machine posture, cost of procurement of working capital
start-up of motion for such a machine posture and charge for
takeover or major extension of movement for such a machine posture
(machine loans),
6. operation in sambruksförening and the acquisition or redemption of shares in such
Association,
7. contribution to the Association for agricultural production or for
common storage or processing of agricultural products, if
the Association's formation involves collaborative rationalization, as well as
acquisition or redemption of shares in such an association.

State grant
section 18 of the Government subsidies may be provided in the context of external rationalisation for

reasons exist.
Grants will be provided not more than an amount equal to the approved cost of
operation.
§ 19 is repealed by Regulation (1992:437).

Specific provisions for loan guarantee

Transitional provisions

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1978.

Older provisions apply in the case of

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1983.

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1987. Older regulations on
support still apply in the case of aid granted before
the entry into force.
1988:999
1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 november 1988.
2. Older provisions shall continue to apply to aid granted
before the entry into force. The provisions of sections 46 and 47 of this regulation and
in section 20 of the Ordinance (1988:764) on State aid to industry,
