2 § If another totalförsvarsmyndighet than

The Swedish civil contingencies Agency, or

Employment Agency intends to take up issues of a more general

nature, it shall first consult the authority for

public safety and emergency preparedness, with regard to operational and

production planning, and with the employment service, when it
