Introductory provisions



section 1 of this regulation, the Government Announces provisional rules on

school administration and management resources, etc. for basic education for adults

(grundvux) and municipal adult education (komvux) for the period from

on 1 July 1987. The principals shall apply the regulation at its

planning for that time.



The regulation provides for



1. school units, etc.,



2. management of the adult education unit,



3. management of adult education as part of a secondary device, or a

skolenhet with primary,



4. access to the service as the principal or Director of studies and duties

accommodation,



5. special features,



6. management resources,



7. calculation of the Rector's and study technology, etc.

and



8. Government grants.

Rules otherwise in the adult education regulation or other

relating to the principal or Director of studies at the special skolenhet

School units, etc.



General provision



4 § the main man's adult education should be organized on school units

in accordance with the provisions of §§ 6-10.



Score system

Organization of school units

high school or elementary school.



The management of the adult education unit



section 11 Of the management of each of the adult education unit, there must be a

service as President.



12 § Service as principal of the adult education set up by the School Board

as a regular service.

section 18 Jurisdiction to a fee service as Director of studies at the adult education

is the holder of an extraordinary service as a teacher in the school system

in the municipality according to the Regulation (1975:337) about services that teachers at

Duties



section 19 of Chapter 3. 44 and 45 of the adult education Regulation (1985:288)

provides for duties of the Rector and the Director of studies.



Technology



section 20 of the principal and the holding of regular service as Director

in adult education are required to teach in adult education

in total, a certain maximum number of lessons. In section 38 prescribes how

For each academic year the School Board decides how the teaching obligation

operations shall be allocated between principal and Director of studies.

Management resources



Calculation of management resources

35 § School Board decides on the allocation and use of

Government subsidies to wage costs for directors and directors of study



40 of the State's contribution to the costs of salaries for principals and directors

State aid is not provided to the payroll costs for the principals ' and

Transitional provisions



1987:86



1. this Regulation shall enter into force two weeks after the date of
