Introductory provisions
section 1 of this regulation, the Government Announces provisional rules on
school administration and management resources, etc. for basic education for adults
(grundvux) and municipal adult education (komvux) for the period from

The regulation provides for
1. school units, etc.,
2. management of the adult education unit,
3. management of adult education as part of a secondary device, or a
skolenhet with primary,
4. access to the service as the principal or Director of studies and duties
accommodation,
5. special features,
6. management resources,
7. calculation of the Rector's and study technology, etc.
and
8. Government grants.
section 2 of the regulation referred to in
principal municipality or county municipality which organizes grundvux and adult education,

financial year period 1 July-30 June of the following year,
adult education grundvux and adult education.
section 3 of the regulation shall apply in place of the following regulations in
adult education Regulation (1985:288) in planning according to section 1,

Rules otherwise in the adult education regulation or other
relating to the principal or Director of studies at the special skolenhet

School units, etc.
General provision
4 § the main man's adult education should be organized on school units

Organization of school units

The management of the adult education unit
section 11 Of the management of each of the adult education unit, there must be a

Technology
section 20 of the principal and the holding of regular service as Director

Management resources
Calculation of management resources

Transitional provisions
1987:86
1. this Regulation shall enter into force two weeks after the date of
