Chapter 1. General provisions



Introduction



paragraph 1 of this regulation, there are provisions on



1. recording information on studies in education at the

First, second and third level of Central Government

universities and colleges (Chapter 2),



2. reporting of information to the central statistical office

(SCB) for students for official statistics (Chapter 3),



3. manufacture of personnel at Statistics Sweden (Chapter 3), and



4. registration of information on academic and professional qualifications at

University and College Council (Chapter 4).



This Regulation shall apply in addition to the personal data Act (1988:204)

for wholly or partly automatic processing

personal data.



A University, a high school, Statistics Sweden and the Swedish

Council for higher education is a controller for the treatment of

personal data in their business. Regulation (2012:713).

Chapter 2. Study registry



General provisions



§ 1 Each college must document information about students.



Each College shall keep a transcript indicating

the data individually for each student. The registry may

Data on students

6 a of the University shall, without delay, submit to the Swedish Migration Board

Thinning

1. high school's own requirements of material for follow-ups and

statistical processing,



2. the requirements for the reporting of results, and



3. reporting requirements for official statistics.

Chapter 3. Reporting of official statistics



Central statistical agency's University and College records



The purpose of the registry

producing official statistics on education at

is not incompatible with those purposes.

Data on students in Bachelor's and master's

level



section 3 of the register will contain information on all students in

Bachelor's and master's level. The data may

be downloaded from high school transcript and shall include

the following:



1. identity,



2. information about the College, registration of courses per semester

or calendar half-year,



3. the obligation to pay the application fee and tuition fees,



4. payment of the application fee and tuition fees,



5. any training program that the student has been accepted

to,



6. completed credits of courses for each semester or

calendar half-year,



7. for graduation: Diploma name and level, specialization,

scope in the credits, the date of issue of the

diplomas and the main area (main area)

training for a Bachelor or master's degree,



8. for each course:



(a)) of the course is on the first level or second level,



b) course subject group according to the definition that STATISTICS SWEDEN uses,

field of study, specialisation according to the University's assessment and

the scope of the course credits,



c) kurstakt, course time and form of distribution,



d) the municipality or the State where the course mainly is given, and



e) semester when the course is offered, as well as



9. for students who have completed a general or artistic

degree at the graduate level: former graduation according to

degree requirements for the particular degree at the advanced level.

4 § the following data from other registers within the SCB may be brought

into the SCB's University and College records:



1. the time line, program or course in secondary school,

other educational backgrounds as well as score,



2. property municipality before and after University studies, and



3. the country in which the student has completed training as a given

access to the sought education at undergraduate level or

second level. Regulation (2007:264).



§ 5 From systems of admission of students at high schools

and University and College Council, information on the following

inclusion in Statistics Sweden's University and College records:



1. identity,



2. course, training programs and high school student sought

each admitted to,



3. student's prioritization of the searched-for training,



4. jurisdiction,



5. the obligation to pay the application fee and tuition fees,

and



6. payment of the application fee and tuition fees.

Data on graduate students

3. substance and high school as well as, where appropriate, such

graduate school that the Government decided,



4. semester registration and activity,



5. type of funding,



6. previous education giving access to education

at the graduate level,



7. credited training or other credited

the business of credits and, where appropriate,

the recognition refers to the studies at the Bachelor's or

second level,



8. high school in Sweden, or the country where the student has

undergone such training referred to in 6 or 7, and



9. for the award of the diploma: Diploma name and subject, and the date of

issuing of diplomas. Regulation (2012:501).



Thinning



section 8 Of the thinning of the University and College register

paragraph 10, first and second subparagraphs, the Archives Act (1990:782), unless

otherwise provided in this regulation.



Information about social security numbers and high school gets culled after 30 years.



Information relating to an applicant that has not been adopted to education

at a college or if an applicant who has been accepted but not

started his studies to screen after 10 years.

§ 9 SCB may, after consultation with the higher education authority and

high schools announce details relating to how the data

should be reported to the STATISTICS SWEDEN. Regulation (2012:713).



Personnel statistics



section 10 as a basis for statistics on higher education personnel shall

1. identity,



2. high school,



3. the employment category,



4. groups of substances as a teacher and, where applicable,

7. high school where the exam passed.



The data shall be compiled in a register kept by

the use of automated processing. Regulation (2012:501).

Chapter 4. Admissions register



The purpose of the registry



section 1 of the higher education Council may keep a

adoption registry indicating the data individually for

each student. The registry may be proved by means of automated

treatment.



The purpose of the registry is to assist high schools

at the admission of students. The data may also be used for

purposes referred to in paragraph 4, for official statistics

referred to in Chapter 3. and for research. Regulation (2012:713).



Data on students



section 2 of the information in the admission register may be downloaded from

high school transcript and may include the following:



1. the information referred to in Chapter 2. section 3(1),



2. the founding of competence;



3. qualifications and selection, and founding



4. the information in General as a student invokes in connection with

admission to a course of training, with the exception of those

information that a student submits as a basis for decisions on

registration fee or tuition fee.



Each student's identity shall be given in the manner provided for

in Chapter 2. § 5. Regulation (2010:595).



The processing of sensitive personal data



section 3 of the University and College Council may consider sensitive

personal data referred to in paragraph 13 of the personal data Act

(1998:204) in adoption cases, if the individual has provided

consent to the Regulation (2012:713).



Disclosure of data



section 4 of the Data on the medium of automated processing,

be released from the admission register to



1. a University, if the information relates to



a) jurisdiction and the basis for selection or qualifications that

a student would be or invoke in connection with

admission to a course of training or the issue of qualification,



b) obligation to pay the application fee and tuition fees,

and



c) indicating whether the paid registration fee and tuition fee,



2. Csn, if the information is required for

granting and disbursement of financial aid,



3. STATISTICS SWEDEN, pursuant to the provisions of this regulation,



4. a student, if the information concerning him or her self,

and



5. the Swedish Institute, if the information is required for the granting

and payment of scholarships. Regulation (2014:233).



Direct access



§ 5 the data subject may have direct access to such

personal information about himself in the adoption register that receives

be disclosed to him or her. When such direct access shall

the data subject's identity shall be verified by a reliable method

for identification. Regulation (2005:665).



Thinning



section 6 Of the thinning of the admission register section 10 first

Transitional provisions



1993:1153



1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 december 1993, when

Regulation (1981:516) of study documentation and statistics

concerning higher education students.



2. the registry that have been kept on the basis of that Regulation shall

be preserved until the Government announces more. They may, however,

screening. Thinning should be in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 2. 6 §

each chapter 3. section 9 of this regulation.



3. This Regulation shall apply to the activities which have

carried out as from 1 July 1993.



4. The provision in Chapter 4. section 8 of comparison with previous years

results are applied as far as possible when it comes to

compared to the year before the entry into force.



5. The provision in Chapter 1. section 4 If the information applies to applications

to education that begins after the end of June 1994.



1994:1094



This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1994. A high school

may, however, apply Chapter 4. section 11 in accounting for

activities during the financial year 1 July 1993-30 June 1994.



1995:668




1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 15 June 1995.



2. The provision in Chapter 4. section 2 shall, as far as the comparisons

with the fiscal year prior to the financial year 1 July 1993-30 June

in 1994, applied to the extent possible.



3. the provisions of Chapter 4. section 13 apply from

financial year 1 July 1995 to 31 december 1996. High school

shall, however, apply the provisions in its accounts of

activities during the financial year 1 July 1994-30 June

1995 in so far as it is possible. This is not possible,

fields of study.



4. The provision in Chapter 4. 14 paragraph that

1999:1418



1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 February 2000.

from the financial year 2000.



3. Older provisions shall apply for the 1999 financial year.

Information on the activities and research training under the older

provisions in Chapter 4. 3 § 4 and § 9 first paragraph 2 shall, however,

not reported in the annual report for 1999. Accounting of

all staff in the number of person-years, broken down by categories

and the teachers spread across occupational categories for each Faculty

or equivalent according to the older provisions in Chapter 4. section 11 of the

the first and second paragraphs, and an indication of the distribution of

age groups and sex by older provisions in Chapter 4. 12 § 1

should not be reported in the annual report for the year 1999;

2001:1133



This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2002. Older

provisions in Chapter 4. 7 and 8 sections and section 16 of the second subparagraph, the
