Distance learning

acknowledges that the principal may organize examination and issue

The National Agency for education may conclude such agreements with a principal who
(1) is deemed to have the potential to pursue a distance learning which content corresponds to the teaching provided within the school system, 2. considered to have the potential to pursue a distance learning that is of good quality, and
3. provides the learning materials necessary for distance teaching.
A single principal as Skolverket concludes a contract with under this provision may be authorized by the National Agency for education by distance learning under the contract rate, organize examination and issue diplomas, high school diploma and certificate in accordance with the provisions applicable to the school system.

Additional Swedish tuition

Follow-up and evaluation

Transitional provisions
1994:519
1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1994.
2. The regulation repeals Regulation (1978:591) if
State aid to the Swedish education abroad.
3. Older rules still apply in the case of State aid that
refers to the time before the entry into force.
4. the provisions of paragraphs 9 and 11 do not apply to international schools
at the end of June 1994 in receipt of State aid.
5. the provisions of section 18 shall apply for the first time in years
1-7 academic year 1995/96, in grade 8 in the academic year 1996/97, and in grade 9.
academic year 1997/98.
6. the provisions of paragraph 13 of the repealed Regulation applies
still, however, in the case of primary education in grades 1-9
in the academic year 1994/95, in grades 8 and 9 in the academic year 1995/96, and in grade
9 academic year 1996/97.
7. Statens skolverk, of a particular foreign school for the grant year 1994/95
determine a different basis for calculation of the refund in accordance with
24 § 1 and 2 of the first paragraph than permitted by paragraph 24, if
the average of the number of pupils on October 15 during the academic years 1991/92-1993/94
differs greatly from the actual number of students for the academic year
in 1993/94.
1995:771
1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1995.
2. The provision in section 17 in their older version still applies in
question about primary education in grades 8 and 9 in the academic year 1995/96
and in grade 9 academic year 1996/97.
3. The first grant year after entry into force of this regulation
shall cover the period 1 July 1995 to 31 december 1996. During
the period shall be the calculation of contribution under section 24, first paragraph 1
and 2 is based on the average of the number of pupils on October 15 during
the years 1992, 1993 and 1994. The calculation of the allowance under section 24 of the first
paragraph 3, sections 32 and 33 shall be based on the number of pupils on 15
October 1995. Contribution referred to in paragraph 24 (1) and (2) and section 28 of the
shall be paid with one-sixth during each of the months
September and december 1995 and March, June, september and december
1996. the contribution under section 28 shall be paid on the basis of the
estimated costs for the period from 1 July 1995 to 31
December 1996. The amount of the grant shall be adjusted in March 1997
to the actual costs incurred during the grant year.
4. If a school for the first time declared to be eligible from
and with the grant year 1994/95, the contribution referred to in paragraph 24 of the first
paragraph 1 and 2 of the grant year 1995/96 shall be calculated on the average of
the number of students on October 15, 1994 and 1995.
5. If a school for the first time declared eligible from
and with the grant year 1995/96, the contribution referred to in paragraph 24 of the first
paragraph 1 and 2 of the grant year 1995/96 is based on the number of students the
15 October 1995.
6. The calculation of the allowance under section 24, first paragraph 1 and 2 shall
for bidragsåren 1997-1999 is based on the average of the number of students
on October 15 during the three preceding calendar years.
7. The calculation of the allowance under section 24, first paragraph, 3, 32 and 33 § §
for the grant year 1997 is based on the number of students on October 15
1996.

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August 1996 and applied
for the first time in the case of State aid for the grant year 1997.
1999:443
1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1999. It shall
apply for the first time on Government grants relating to the academic year
2000/2001.
2. A school that would be eligible for Government grants
from the academic year 2000/2001 for training corresponding to
pre-school class must apply for it in the State's school before
on 1 september 1999.
2004:713
This Regulation shall enter into force on 15 October 2004 and
apply for the first time in the case of State aid for the grant year
2005.
2011:879
1. this Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August 2011.
