collecting systems covered by the network licence for area and

wires that organizationally and technically incorporated in such a

network.

Online concession for the line (or backbone),

c. wiring with power concession line (regional or

backbone networks), which have different network tariffs, connecting to each other,

or

d. network concession areas or grids with network licence

for line (or backbone) which have different network tariffs

connect to each other.

hour in the schablonberäknings area for such consumption in

exit points whose values are reported on a monthly basis, as well as

network losses.

6. Unit number: the portion of a consumption profile due

on each electricity supplier, electricity generator and balance responsible.

Regulation (2012:511).

General provisions

section 2 of the holders of power within its concession area

schablonberäknings area required to in accordance with the requirements of

This regulation, carry out such measurement, calculation and

reporting as mentioned in Chapter 3. section 10 of the electricity Act (1997:857).

The holder of the concession for the line network (or backbone)

is required to perform in accordance with the provisions of this regulation

3. the vanishing point.

§ 5 the measurement in vanishing point, the test shall be performed by the

nets concessionaires whose network has the highest power voltage.

If the mains voltage is the same determines the power authority which

nets concessionaires that shall perform the measurement of

Online concession holders are unable to reach agreement on the issue.

The power authority's decision may not be appealed.

section 6 of the measurement in the outtake and input point shall, for the

second subparagraph, the electricity Act (1997:857), refer to the transmitted electricity during each

hour. Measurement in vanishing point should refer to transfer of electricity during each

hour.

If a producer or users request it, the measurement in

insertion point and outtake take place with shorter

time interval than an hour.

If a users covered by Chapter 3. section 10, second paragraph

electricity law request other measurement than the network concessionaire
