Cape. the environmental code for fish and shellfish waters.

Environmental quality standards for both values must not be

be exceeded or adhered to except in certain specified

(environmental quality standards in accordance with article 2 of the first chapter 5.

paragraph 1 the environmental code), and values that will be pursued.

Definitions

section 3 of this regulation,

fish water: flowing or standing fresh waters which

needing protection or improvement in the quality and where the fish

lives or could live.

salmonid waters: fish water where fish such as salmon, trout, char,

Whitefish, vendace, smelt and trout lives or could live.

other fish water: fish water where fish such as Pike, perch, eel

and curbing lives or could live.

or Mussels (Bivalvia);

Mussel water: coastal or brackish waters that need

protection or improvement in order to make it possible for mussels

to live and grow in these waters;

guide value: value to be pursued;

limit value: value that must not be exceeded or respected.

In addition, the terms and expressions the same meaning as in

the environmental code. Regulation (2006:1140).

Scope of application

section 4 of the Sea and the water authority may provide for

the fish water to be covered by this regulation.

Fish the waters must in such rules are classified as

salmonid waters or other fish water. Before the marine and

the water authority will notify such provisions to the hearing

County administrative boards concerned to the extent necessary.

Regulation (2011:632).

paragraph 5 of the rules of this regulation on the mussel water is applied

on the mussel water in Västra Götaland County by the County Administrative Board

prescribes.

Fish water

paragraph 6 of annex 1 gives limit values and guide values for

salmonid and other fish water. Marine and

the water authority may provide for guidance

the parameters for which guideline values are not specified in the annex,

If these comply with Sweden's membership in the European Union.

Environmental quality standards for a fish of water shall be fulfilled at the latest

within five years of this Regulation shall apply to

the water. Limit values may be exceeded or adhered to

only if the water naturally has been administered substances from

the surrounding land or if the particular specified in annex 1.

Regulation (2011:632).

section 7 of the County Board shall draw up the draft and establish

action programme for the fish water contained within the County. For

water that spans multiple counties, the relevant

provincial governments establish draft and establish a

Community action programme.

In the action programmes shall, in addition to the provisions of Chapter 5. 6 §

the environmental code, defines the pollution must be combated. Regulation

(2006:1140).

Mussel water

section 8 of annex 2 to this regulation, set out limit values and

guide values for clam water. Länsstyrelsen Västra Götaland

counties may provide for guide values for the parameters

for which guideline values are not specified in the annex, where these

follow by Sweden's membership in the European Union.

Environmental quality standards for a clam water shall be met

within six years from the date this Regulation shall

applied to the water. Limit values may be exceeded, or

may be waived only in cases of exceptional weather or at

exceptional geographical conditions. Regulation (2006:1140).

9 § länsstyrelsen Västra Götaland County shall draw up proposals

to and establish action programmes for shellfish waters. In

action programmes shall, in addition to the provisions of Chapter 5. 6 §

the environmental code, defines the pollution must be combated. Regulation

(2006:1140).

Control of water quality

section 10 of Each County Board is responsible for ensuring that the control takes place by

the quality of fish and mussel water within the County. Control

shall be done by analysis of water samples, other types of

measurements or other appropriate means. Regulation (2015:242).

10 a of the Sea and the water authority may, in the case of fish water

notify the methods of sampling and other methods

to verify that an environmental quality standard are followed and if

recognition of measurement results needed for control.

Regulation (2015:242).

10 (b) § länsstyrelsen Västra Götaland County may, in the case of

Mussel water announce the methods of sampling and

other methods to make sure that an environmental quality standard

and if the recognition of measurement results as needed

the control. Regulation (2015:242).

section 11 of the verification of the quality of a fish-or

clam waters shows that an environmental quality standard is not met,

the County Board shall examine whether this is due to a

accident, natural causes or pollution. When

the cause has been determined, the County Board shall take appropriate

measures.

section 12 quality of a fish water is considerably better than

the provisions of the environmental quality standards in annex 1,

Marine and water authority decide if a lower

sampling frequency than would otherwise apply. If such a

water is not contaminated or if there is no risk

for deterioration of the water quality, the marine and

the water authority may decide that sampling is not needed.

Regulation (2015:242).

section 12 quality of a Mussel water is significantly better

than that resulting from the environmental quality standards laid down in annex 2,

Länsstyrelsen Västra Götaland County decide if a lower

sampling frequency than would otherwise apply. If such a

water is not contaminated or if there is no risk

for deterioration of the water quality, the County Board may decide

that sampling is not needed. Regulation (2015:242).

Prohibition of increased pollution

paragraph 13 of the measures taken as a result of this regulation,

not lead to increased pollution of water.

Notification of action programmes

section 14 When a programme has been established, the County Administrative Board

send a copy of the application to marine and water

as well as the other agencies and municipalities concerned.

Regulation (2011:632).

15 repealed by Regulation (2015:242).
