Samtjänst agreement

concluding that for each other's behalf, provide information,

guidance, advice and other assistance to individuals and in

otherwise deal with administrative cases with the limitations

specified in this law or in Regulation (sam service at

Municipalities and county councils



section 8 administrative functions, such as a municipality or a County

An employee or supplier that is the subject of a particular

agreements under section 5, in the municipal authority name



1. for the purpose of receiving applications and place and, with the exception of children

who need special support in accordance with Chapter 8. section 7 and 14. 6 §

Education Act (2010:800), distribute the sites and leave offerings

space for children and students in preschool, recreational homes and such

educational activities referred to in chapter 25. the same law,



2. provide financial assistance for accommodation for students in

upper secondary school and municipal adult education under the Education Act,



3. give permission to establish a different kind of toilet than

water closet, according to a municipal regulation, or



4. grant parking permits for the disabled.

Access to personal data



section 9 of An employee or supplier that is subject to a

special agreement pursuant to section 5 may, in the case of personal data only

given access to such information as is necessary to

perform the administrative duties covered by

samtjänst agreement.



Transitional provisions



2004:543



1. this law shall enter into force on 1 July 2004.



2. Samtjänst agreements that the Government has approved in accordance with the law

(1997:297) for experimentation with sam service at

civic Office shall still apply.



2010:1042



1. this law shall enter into force on July 1, 2011.



2. Older provisions still apply for municipal

adult education to the end of June 2012.
