General provisions



section 1 assistance may, subject to availability of funds, provided pursuant to this

Regulation for the construction and operation of the storage locations for

sawlogs and pulpwood which comes from forests damaged by

the storms on 8 and 9 January 2005, Östergötland, Jönköping,

Kronoberg, Kalmar, Blekinge, Skåne, Halland and Västra

Götaland.



Support may be granted only to the owner of the facility for the storage of

Storm-felled timber in the areas.



Support for the construction of new storage locations for sawlogs



section 2 Support may be provided to new storage locations for sawlogs

built during the period from 15 January 2005 to 30 april 2006 with a maximum

50% of the costs of investment in

measuring construction, earthworks and irrigation and

purification plant, with a maximum of 190 000 per hectare

always clean and use warehouse space in 2005-2006.



Support may be granted only to establishments where



1. layer has the capacity to store lumber at least 5 000

square metres with, on average, at least 1 cubic meter of timber solid

dimensions under bark (m3 fub) per square meter,



2. the timber in the layer measured under timber measurement Act (1966:209)

and the conditions set out in the provisions adopted by the

National Board of forestry, and



3. it is possible to protect the timber from drying out and

degradation during the period april-October through irrigation or

by equal protection.



Support for storage of sawlogs



paragraph 3 of the payments may be provided to a newly laid out in accordance with section 2 of the

§ 5 If the logs kept continuously in the inventory in accordance with 3 and

4 sections during the period from 15 November 2005 to 30 september 2006 are supported

be provided with an additional 5 kroons per cubic meter fixed dimensions under

bark (m3 fub).



Have kept continuously sawlogs in inventory during the period July 15

2005-september 30, 2007, the aid is provided with an additional 5 kroons

per cubic metre of solid dimensions under bark (m3 fub) in addition to what

specified in the first subparagraph.



Support for the construction of new locations and storage of

pulpwood



section 6, Support may be given to the new storage locations for pulpwood as

built during the period from 15 January 2005 to 30 april 2006 with a maximum

50% of the cost of measurement shown holding, earthworks,

monthly rent, electricity, irrigation, measurement and environmental analysis during the years

2005-2006.



Support may be granted only if the



1. at least 5,000 cubic meters of pulpwood fixed dimensions under bark (m3

Fub) placed into storage, and



2. pulpwood in the layer measured under timber measurement law

(1966:209) and the conditions set out in the regulations

announced by the Swedish forest Agency.



The aid may, however, be provided with a maximum of 10 kronor per cubic meter fixed

dimensions under bark (m3 fub).



Aid for environmental investment in irrigation and

treatment plants in existing storage installations for

saw logs



7 § Support may be given to installations for the storage of logs

as built by 15 January 2005 and where timber is stored in

as indicated in paragraph 4, with a maximum of 80% of the

Transitional provisions



2005:229



1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2005 and applies to

until 31 december 2008. However, it shall apply to

measures taken from 15 January 2005.



2. For decisions taken before 31 december 2008

the regulation will also apply after december 31, 2008.
