Article 1 during the period 1 January 1998 to 31 december 2010 is conducted the

experimentation with widened coordinated the provincial administration in

Gotland County pursuant to lagen (1997:1144) if experimentation with

coordinated management of dilated County Gotland County. According to the law

the County Board shall, for the duration of the experiment

ongoing, fulfill the tasks of, among other things.

National Board of forestry to the extent that the Government determines.

Regulation (2006:1223).



section 2 Of the tasks of the Swedish forest Agency, according to

Forestry Act (1979:429) in Gotland County Administrative Board shall

fulfill tasks set out in paragraphs 8 and 9, the third paragraph of section 10,

10 a, 13, 14, 16, 23-25, 27, and 36 of the same law.



The County Board shall exercise supervision over Gotland County

compliance with the legislation and with the support of the law

announced regulations that it is for the Forestry Board pursuant to

33 § forestry law.



At the appeal of the decision under the forestry law delivered

by the County Board to section 40 of the forestry law shall apply.



The County Board shall operate to forest and forest land

utilized effectively and responsibly to provide sustainable

and good returns and otherwise perform the tasks

arrives at the Swedish forest Agency, according to



1. paragraph 2 of 2, 9, 10, 14, 19, 20 and 21 Regulation (2005:1160)

instruction for National Board of forestry,



2. paragraph 3 of the second paragraph, 13-15, 30, § § § 34 a, second subparagraph, and

first subparagraph forestry regulation (1993:1096), and



3. paragraphs 3-5, the second subparagraph of paragraph 7 and section 8 of the Ordinance (1993:555) if

State aid for the forestry sector.



section 3 of the County Board may charge compensation for the goods and services in the

accordance with section 3(1) Ordinance (2005:1160)

instruction for the Swedish forest Agency and carry out service exports in

as indicated in paragraph 4 of the same regulation.



Upon withdrawal of the remuneration referred to in the first subparagraph, they shall

regulations as the forest Board in accordance with paragraph 3 of

the second subparagraph of that Regulation shall apply.



section 4 Of the tasks of the Swedish forest Agency of law or

other statutes in the area of the environment, the County Administrative Board in

Gotland County perform the tasks in the following cases:



1. paragraph 14, as well as what is stated in paragraphs A8, A15 and the A25 in

the annex to the Regulation (1998:900) If supervision under

the environmental code,



2. sections 6 and 7 and 10 of Regulation (1998:904)

If income and notification for consultation,



3. section 43 Regulation (2006:1010) on plant protection products,



4. paragraph 2(2), 6, 22, 24, 26, 28 and 34 of regulation

(1998:1252) concerning the perimeter protection under the environmental code, etc.,



5.7 and 11 of the Ordinance (1998:1388) of water operations

accommodation, and



6. section 7 of the Ordinance (2000:577) on support for the environmental and

rural development measures. Regulation (2006:1045).



section 5 of the other tasks of the National Board of forestry

According to other laws or statutes, the County Administrative Board in

Gotland County perform the tasks in the following cases



1.12, 30, 33, 36 and 62 of the law (1933:269) if ägofred,



2. planning and building regulation (1987:383)



3. hunting Ordinance (1987:905), and



4. Chapter 21. section 40 of the income tax Act (1999:1229).
