Introductory provisions
1 § contributions may, subject to availability of funds, provided pursuant to this
Regulation of costs for the construction of the new forest on such
forestland in Skåne, Blekinge, Halland, Kronoberg, Kalmar,
Västra Götaland, Jönköping, Östergötland, Örebro and
Södermanland County in Södertälje and Nykvarn and municipalities
Stockholm County who were affected by the storm precipitation on 8 and 9
January 2005.
Contributions may only be made for measures carried out in
accordance with the forestry law (1979:429) or
the provisions adopted pursuant to the Act.

With wildlife damage sensitive tree species referred to ash, oak, pine, Aspen,
wild cherry, Linden and Maple.
16 § at the plant of lövträdsdominerad mixed forest, at least
2 500 leaf tree seedlings are planted per hectare. The seedlings should
be distributed evenly over the area and have an average height
of at least 20 cm.

exemption, in whole or in part, from one or more of the requirements of
16-18 sections. If consent involves lower costs for the applicant

Transitional provisions
2006:171
1. this Regulation shall enter into force on 25 March 2006 and applies
