The Government provides.
section 1 of the central statistical office shall keep a register of
State authorities. The register shall contain information on the one hand,
courts, both business and other administrative authorities.
Also information on the authorities referred to in article 1, first subparagraph
Ordinance (1992:247) with instruction for
foreign representation to be included in the register.
The register shall not contain information on the committees and
special investigators are regulated in Regulation Committee
(1998:1474).
paragraph 2 the register shall contain the following information about
authorities:
-registration number
-name
-visiting and postal address
-phone number
-fax number
-email address
-Web address.
paragraph 3 of the data to the register shall, to the extent that it is
possible, be obtained from the General Register,
regulated in the Regulation (1984:692) on the General
the business register.
section 4 of the central statistical office, free of charge, keep it
General Government register available to the public through
a public Web site.
paragraph 5 of the central statistical office shall determine the routing number
for government agencies in accordance with paragraph 3 of the Act (1974:174) if
the identification of legal entities, etc. A
registration number should not be set if there is already a
company number that authority uses or may use
or if it otherwise is obviously not needed.
section 6, An agency under the Government referred to in paragraph 1 shall notify
the central statistical office as it enters its activities
If the registration number has not been specified for it.
When a registered agency under the Government ceases,
authority shall notify the central statistical office and enter
the time of termination.
