section 1 of their participation in the 2009 European Parliament elections to the municipalities get state grant with



1. first 30 000 per municipality,



2. an amount per municipality, corresponding to the municipality's share of the total number of eligible voters in the Kingdom in elections to the City Council, calculated after a mock election on 1 March 2008, multiplied by 95 300 000 kronor, with broken speech shall be rounded down to whole krona.



The election authority shall establish the State premium and pay the premium to the municipalities last modified on 16 February 2009.



Decisions about government subsidies may not be appealed.
