bisexual and Transgender Rights.

each year, submit a report to the Government on its activities
during the last calendar year.
Ordinance (2000:605) on the annual accounts and the budget information
shall not apply to the Board.
Exemptions from government regulation
section 25 of the following provisions of the Government agencies Ordinance (2007:515)
shall not apply to the Board against discrimination:
-Article 5 of the delegation,
-Article 7 on participation in the work of the EU and other international
cooperation,
-section 16 if the quorum in urgent cases,
-section 27 for the right to represent the State in the courts,
-section 28 on measures in response to the National Audit
the auditor's report, and
-section 29 on the case.

Older provisions apply where a decision on the service
According to sections 15 to 17 procedural law (1970:428) has taken
prior to 1 april 2011, or if the document has been sent
or made before that date.
