Introductory provisions

This regulation contains provisions on State aid
for vocational secondary level municipal adult education
education and vocational training for adults on secondary
level (vocational) and some theoretical municipal adult education
at the secondary level. Regulation (2014:1574).

This regulation contains provisions relating to State grants for vocational and adult education at secondary level of local vocational training for adults at secondary level (vocational) and some theoretical municipal adult education at secondary level.
Government grants may also be made for such training as referred to in the first paragraph if it is combined with
1. education in Swedish as a second language at a basic level in municipal adult education,
2. education in Swedish as a second language at a basic level in special education for adults, or
3. education in Swedish for immigrants.

1 a of the secondary vocational education and adult education With the municipal
level for the purposes of this regulation, such municipal adult education

Conditions for State aid
4 § State aid under this Regulation may, if there are
access to resources, be provided to a municipality for training, if
1. the training is planned in consultation with the employment service and
with companies, organisations or associations that
active in the industries in which the training is designed
for,
2. the municipality may indicate a need for education,
3. the municipality provides the opportunity for structured
assessment, evaluation and documentation of a participant's
previously acquired knowledge and skills,
4. the municipality provides guidance and counselling as well as at
the planning and implementation of the training to be
participant's previously acquired knowledge and skills,
and
5. in the case of education pursuant to § 1 a or 1 b,
selection rule in section 3 apply to education.
State subsidies for certain theoretical municipal adult education
secondary level may only be made if the participant in such
vocational training also participates in municipal
adult education at secondary level in the municipality. The
theoretical municipal adult education on the secondary level,

State aid under this Regulation shall not be granted for
high school work or secondary special work.

Application
5 § State aid be given upon application.

Appeal
paragraph 14 of the Decision pursuant to this Regulation may not be appealed.
Transitional provisions
2011:500
This Regulation shall enter into force on July 1, 2011. For contributions
which have been granted before the entry into force applies to sections 4 and 5 in their
older version.
2012:295
1. this Regulation shall enter into force on July 1, 2012.
2. Older rules still apply for Government grants
has been granted before the entry into force and for government subsidies for
training with the support of the entry into force and
the transitional provisions of the Regulation (2011:1108) if
adult education is carried out according to the Regulation (2002:1012) if
