The Government states that the following regulations shall be repealed at the end of February 2009:1. The State's nuclear inspection regulation (SKIFS 2000:1) of competence of operations personnel at reactor sites, 2. The State's nuclear inspection regulation (SKIFS 2002:1) on the safety of disposal of nuclear materials and nuclear waste, 3. The State's nuclear inspection regulation (SKIFS 2004:1) on safety in nuclear installations, 4. The State's nuclear inspection regulation (SKIFS 2004:2) on the design and construction of nuclear power reactors, 5. The State's nuclear inspection regulation (SKIFS 2005:1) on the physical protection of nuclear facilities, 6. The State's nuclear inspection regulation (SKIFS 2005:2) If mechanical installations in certain nuclear facilities, 7. The State's nuclear inspection regulation (SKIFS 2006:1) if exemption from the requirement for approval of contractors, and 8. The State's nuclear inspection regulation (SKIFS 2008:1) on the control of nuclear material, etc.
