Chapter 1. Education in Polytechnic
Introductory provisions

Chapter 2. Training
Educational goals

10. how the training will be quality assured.

evaluate information and methods in work or
the study area, taking into account relevant social, ethical and
scientific aspects, can apply specialized knowledge
for development in the field of work or study, as well as take
responsibility for the management of individual and group development

5. education comprises at least 400 professional credits,
6. at least one quarter of the training consists of learning in

Chapter 3. Access to education
Permissions

Chapter 4. Education management
Management team

activities and to participate in the monitoring and
evaluation of education initiated by the authority.
Education provider shall provide the information to the authority
that authority requests. Authority may decide to
the data shall be provided to anyone else.

needed if the disclosure of information referred to in the second subparagraph.

The responsible education provider is obliged to participate in the supervision of education initiated by the Authority for the Polytechnic.
With the supervision referred to in this regulation an independent review which aims to verify whether the activities under review meets the requirements of the laws and other regulations. Chapter 5. State funding
Introductory provisions
section 1 of public funding in the form of governmental grants or

Polytechnic in accordance with the provisions of the law (2009:128) if
Polytechnic and in this regulation.

be provided to municipalities, counties or individual physical or
legal persons and special funds may be provided to
universities or colleges that have the State as the principal and
covered by the higher education Act (1992:1434).
Government subsidies and special funds will also be provided to
those referred to in the first subparagraph for the cost of the particular
educational support for students with disabilities in

For courses in Polytechnic, Government grants provided to municipalities, counties or to individual natural or legal persons, and special funds may be provided to universities or colleges that have the State as the principal subject of the higher education Act (1992:1434).
Government subsidies and special funds will also be provided to those referred to in the first subparagraph for the cost of
1. teaching in Swedish with a career in education, and
2. special educational support for students with disabilities in education. Regulation (2016:155).
section 3 of the Government subsidies and special funds pursuant to this regulation
may be provided subject to availability of funds. Government subsidies or
Special funds shall not be granted for such a part of a
training for the State subsidy or special funds

Payment of State funding
section 8 Government grants or special funds are paid out of

Cessation, recoveries and withholding of State
funding
§ 9 decisions on State subsidies or special funds for a
education shall cease to apply if the decision is that the training
to be included in the Polytechnic is revoked pursuant to Chapter 1. 7 §.

Chapter 6. Insurance
section 1 Authority for studies shall be responsible for
people who are admitted to and is undergoing training in

Chapter 7. Separation
Conditions for separation

2009:130
1. This Regulation shall enter into force on april 15, 2009 and
apply to training commencing on or after 1 July 2009.
