Article 1 this regulation lays down provisions on the application
by law (2009:121) concerning the training of drivers of mopeds,
snowmobiles and ATVs.
section 2 of the terms and notations used in this
Regulation have the same meaning as in the Act (2001:559) if
road traffic definitions and the law (2009:121) on education to
drivers of mopeds, snowmobiles and ATVs.

Permit to conduct training

10 § whoever has organised training may not organize
proficiency test for those who have undergone the training.
Revocation of authorization
section 11 of the Transport Board may revoke a permit under
section 3 of the Act (2009:121) concerning the training of drivers of mopeds,
snowmobiles and ATVs.
Transportation Board may withdraw a surrender to organise
proficiency test in accordance with paragraph 5 of the law on education to drivers of
mopeds, snowmobiles and ATVs.

Supervision
section 12 of the Swedish Transport Agency supervising according to law
(2009:121) concerning the training of drivers of mopeds, snowmobiles
and ATVs. Supervision does not include
training activities may be carried out without permission.
Appropriations
section 13 Transport Board may provide for
1. conditions for conducting training activities,
2. education content,
3. competence of trainers,
4. the organisation of knowledge tests of the moped class II, snowmobiling and
all-terrain vehicle,
5. supervision of training activities and knowledge tests, and
6. fees for supervision and case management according to law
(2009:121) concerning the training of drivers of mopeds, snowmobiles and
ATVs and according to regulations that have been issued with
the support of the law.
Transportation Board may provide for the enforcement
by law (2009:121) concerning the training of drivers of mopeds,
snowmobiles and ATVs and this regulation.

Transitional provisions
2009:186
1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 april 2009.
2. The regulation repeals Regulation (1999:991) if
licence for moped class and off-road scooter. The repealed
the regulation, however, is still up for education
until 1 October 2009 are carried out in accordance with the provisions of
Act (1999:877) if the licence for moped class I and
terrain scooter.
3. A surrender to organise proficiency test according to section 10 of
Regulation (1999:991) if the licence for moped class I and
terrain Scooter is still valid according to their content according to
the new regulation. Concerning the handover to organise
proficiency test for moped class in case of such a surrender
on 1 October 2009, then applies the surrender to
organise proficiency test for moped class II.
