Scope of application
section 1 of this regulation provides for student unions
at State universities and colleges.
section 2 of the high schools referred to in this regulation cover both University
and high schools.
Decision on the status of students ' Union, etc.
3 § A student association which would be
the student must apply to the high school.
The Association shall submit its statutes with the application and the
other acts that the Association would invoke in
case.

shall be valid for three years unless otherwise provided by section 5. In the decision

withdrawal decision is taken.
6 § High school may provide for how a Student Union
the University shall report on its activities and its
Member number.
Student representatives
7 § a Student Union at a College may appoint and dismiss
representatives of the students when they referred to in Chapter 2. 7 §
the higher education Act (1992:1434) has the right to be represented.
A student at a College may also appoint and dismiss a
Representative for the students to be included in a
the nomination group according to Chapter 2. 7 b of the higher education Ordinance
(1993:100).
When the students have the right to be represented in a body
at the school that covers several student unions
areas of activity or otherwise in the decision or preparation
involving several unions, the information referred to in
the first sentence of the first subparagraph are fulfilled in the way Corps
will agree. If there are several unions in one
high school, will get the task to appoint a representative for the
the students according to the second sentence of the first subparagraph are fulfilled at
the way the unions will agree.
Can unions do not reach agreement, high school, and after consulting the
unions, decide how representatives of students will be appointed.

Transitional provisions

This Regulation shall enter into force on 15 October 2012 and shall
apply for the first time when members of the University's Board of Directors
shall be appointed for the period from 1 may 2013.
