Swedish Church with regard to archives held by virtue of the law (1999:288) if the submission of official documents to the Swedish Church or any of its organizational parts for storage, accommodation Regulation (2015:607)
section 5 of the national archives should particularly
1. work to ensure that such authorities and bodies referred to in paragraph 4 of the
fulfil their obligations under the Archives Act (1990:782) and
Archive Regulation (1991:446),
2. promote the development of methods for the production,
preserving and making available of documents as part of the
management development,
3. promote appropriate screening of documents,
4. give the municipalities of advice in archive issues and push for increased
coherence and coordination between the State and the
municipal archive management, and
5. promote increased knowledge based on research and collaboration
with others, such as universities and colleges, and
impart knowledge in its field.
section 6 of the national archives may, in addition to what follows from the Archives Act
(1990:782) and section 4, receiving records from the Parliament
and its works, government offices and from municipal
authorities.

Fees

section 6 of the first paragraph to receive, preserve, nurture and

2. the individual referred to in section 6, second paragraph, to receive,
preserve, nurture and provide individual archives,
3. for such advice to municipalities and individuals referred to
in paragraph 5 of section 4 and 11,
4. for the fact-finding missions that go beyond
care might under administrative law (1986:223),

5. for the provision of publications, regulations, and
General advice.
