section 1 of the task for which confidentiality in accordance with Chapter 15. section 2 of the

public access to information and secrecy (2009:400), by the armed forces, the Swedish defence materiel administration and the Swedish defence

research institutes to be disclosed to a foreign authority that

participating in a cooperation within the Department of Defense

field of action under such agreement referred to in

10 Cape. section 1 of the Constitution, if the agreement has been concluded

by



1. the Government, or



2. the managing authority for the mission from the Government

under 10 Cape. section 2 of the Constitution.



A task may be disclosed only if the disclosure

the Agency's examination is necessary in order to implement

cooperation. The authority shall not disclose task is of

the utmost importance for national security, or that can provide

the basis for the development of countermeasures against the Swedish
