1 § Umeå, Östersund, Nacka, Växjö and Vänersborg

district courts are courts of the land and the environment.



section 2 of the area covered by the land and Environment Court at Umeå

District Court include the norrbotten County and Bjurholm, Lycksele,

Malå, Norsjö, Nordmaling, Robertsfors, Skellefteå, Sorsele,

Västerbotten, Umeå, Vindeln, Vannas and Örnsköldsvik.



section 3 of the area of the Land and Environment Court in Östersund

District Court covers Jämtlands län, Gävleborg, and Dorotea,

Härnösand, Kramfors, Sollefteå, Sundsvall, Timrå,

Vilhelmina and Åsele, Ånge municipalities.

District Court include Stockholm, Uppsala, Södermanland,

Gotland, Gotland and Dalarna County and Hallsberg,

Kumla, Lekeberg, lindesberg, Örebro, Nora and Ljusnarsberg

municipalities.

District Court comprises Östergötland, Jönköping, Kronoberg,

Transitional provisions



2010:984



1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 2 May 2011. By

the regulation repeals Decree (1971:549) if

real estate law and Regulation (1998:1323) if

environmental chambers of courts.



2. case or cases under the environmental code instituted at

a District Court prior to the entry into force shall, in the case where a

application of the new rules had meant to target

or matter had been initiated by another district court, at

entry into force, be submitted to the District Court. For the target

dealt with in the land court, see special

provisions of the law (2010:983) repealing the law

(1969:246) if courts in the land case.



3. case or cases under the environmental code will not be transmitted

If it would be detrimental to the proceedings, or if
