Scope of application
section 1 of this Regulation shall apply to such services and
universal postal service within the meaning of the postal law
(2010:1045).
Postal operations

§ 9 The providing a universal postal service

Enforcement regulations
section 15 of the National Post and Telecom Agency, notify the
enforcement provisions necessary for the application of
Postal Act (2010:1045) in respect of the carriage of mail,
undelivered letter and supervision.
