section 1 of the Sami school board responsible for education in the same school

and in preschool and daycare at a skolenhet with

2 § the museums shall



1. assist municipalities with regard to outreach

among the Sami people,



2. provide information on the Sami school and about the Saami

the educational component of the school system, and



3. promote the development and production of teaching materials for

Sami tuition.



paragraph 3 of the authority may, after agreement with the municipality take over

the responsibility for municipal tasks in preschool.

The authority shall take out compensation by municipality for such

activity. Revenue appropriated by the authority.



Conduct of work



4 § the museums shall integrate a gender equality perspective

and mainstreaming human rights in its activities.



The authority shall also take particular account in its operations

the best interests of the child in accordance with the Convention on the

rights.



Management



§ 5 Authority is headed by a Board.



section 6 of the Board shall consist of five members.



Organization



section 7 at the Board has a Secretariat headed by a Dean.



The Dean shall assist the Board in its activities and

in particular, work to ensure that the training is being developed.



Caseload management



section 8 When matters of major importance are dealt with, if possible,

all members of the Board must be present.



section 9 If a case is so urgent that the Committee did not have time to

meet to deal with it, get the case settled

through contacts between the Chairman and the other

members.

Appeal



section 18 Of section 21 of the Employment Ordinance (1994:373)

that decision in an employment matter under this

Regulation may be appealed to the State's Appeals Board.



By section 21 of the Employment Ordinance follows further that

the Agency's proposal to hire a head of school or

decision to cancel a selection procedure may not

subject to appeal.
