Introductory provision



Article 1 this regulation lays down provisions supplementing

Act (1995:1571) on deposit guarantee.

Fee for the review of kontovilkor



section 2 of an institution that applies for the examination of the conditions for a

account teams under 3 a of the Act (1995:1571) on deposit guarantee

shall pay a fee of 2 000 kroons. The same shall apply for

consideration of the amended terms of the law. The fee shall

paid to guarantee the authority when the application is filed.



Authorization



paragraph 3 of the Guarantee Agency may provide for such

data on depositors and deposits referred to in section 16 and

first paragraph of section 17 of the Act (1995:1571) on deposit guarantee.

Guarantee agency may also notify the rules

necessary for enforcement of this regulation.
