Introductory provisions
section 1 of this Act implements the directive of the European Parliament and
2009/12/EC of 11 March 2009 on airport charges.

5 for the purposes of this Act, section
Airport: any area of land especially adapted for the

airport network of the Transport Agency and operated by the same
management unit.

Supervision
