section 1 of this regulation contains provisions relating to the
Act (2011:721) concerning the labelling of energy-related products.
Terms and expressions used in the Act have the same meaning in
This regulation.
section 2 of the Swedish Energy Agency is the supervisory authority under section 13
Act (2011:721) concerning the labelling of energy-related products.
paragraph 3 of the State's energy authority is the supervisory authority under section 14
Act (2011:721) concerning the labelling of energy-related products.
4 § A supplier shall pay the costs of the supervisory authority
for the sampling and examination of samples of an energy-related
product.
Liability applies only in cases where the product
proven to not comply with the requirements under the Act
(2011:721) concerning the labelling of energy-related products, according to
regulations that have been issued in connection with the law
or according to regulations in a delegated act under article 10
in European Parliament and Council directive 2010/30/EU of 19
May 2010 on the indication by labelling and standard product information
Specifies the use of energy and energy-related products
other resources.
5 § A supplier shall pay the costs of the supervisory authority
for the sampling and examination of samples of tyres under
European Parliament and Council Regulation EC No 1222/2009 of
of 25 november 2009 on the labelling of tyres with respect to
fuel efficiency and other essential parameters.
Liability applies only in cases where the deck
proven to not comply with the requirements imposed by regulations
of Regulation (EC) no 1222/2009.

an appeal to the administrative court.
Transitional provisions
2011:1022
1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2012 in the case
about 3 to 5 paragraphs and otherwise 1 november 2011.
2. Regulation (1994:1774) on the labelling of household appliances
shall be repealed on 1 January 2011.
3. The repealed regulation still apply, however, in the case of
products covered by the regulation, which has been issued with
under the repealed Regulation. However, this does not apply if a
such a product is covered by the provisions of the delegated Act
