Introductory provisions



section 1 of this Act is complementary to the European Parliament and of the Council

Regulation (EC) no 1007/2009 of 16 November 2009 on the

trade in seal products.



The words and expressions used in this Act have the same meaning

as in European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) no

1007/2009.



Supervision



section 2 of the supervision of compliance with the directive of the European Parliament and of

Council Regulation (EC) no 1007/2009 of the State is exercised

agricultural works (supervisor).

The help of the police authority



section 7 of the law enforcement agency shall provide the supervisory authority the help

needed for supervision.



The assistance referred to in the first subparagraph may be requested only if



1. the particular circumstances give reason to suspect that

the operation cannot be carried out without a police man's special

powers under section 10 of the law on police (1984:387)

used, or



2. There are serious reasons.

Penalty



section 8 to a fine person who with intent or by gross

negligence in breach of European Parliament and Council regulation

(EC) no 1007/2009 by placing on the market of seal products in violation of

Article 3 of the regulation.

Forfeiture

Appeal



section 11 of the regulatory authority's decision under paragraphs 5 and 6 may

be appealed to the administrative court.



Leave to appeal is required for an appeal to the administrative court.
