Contents of the regulation
section 1 of this regulation contains provisions relating to the
Act (2010:1065) on public transport.
Supervisory authority
section 2 of the Swedish Transport Agency is the supervisory authority under the law
(2010:1065) on public transport.
Appropriations, etc.
Notification obligation
paragraph 3 of the Transport Board may provide for the
notification obligation for public transport operators as referred to in
Chapter 4. section 1 of the Act (2010:1065) on public transport.
Passenger information
section 4 of The public transport companies to provide information about
their offer referred to in Chapter 4. section 2 of the Act (2010:1065) if
