section 1 of this regulation supplements



1. Council Regulation (EC) No 2173/2005 of 20 december

2005 on the establishment of a FLEGT licensing scheme for

imports of timber into the European Community, and



2. Commission Regulation (EC) no 1024/2008 of 17

October 2008 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council

Regulation (EC) No 2173/2005 on the establishment of a system

with the FLEGT licensing scheme for imports of timber into the European
