section 1 of The municipal decision on contribution to an individual principal

secondary school or high school special for such training in

independent schools or stand-alone high school special as

has commenced before 1 July 2011 shall refer to calendar year

terms of such a contribution referred to in Chapter 9. 8 a of the fifth subparagraph, and

Chapter 9. 8 c paragraph (price list) the Education Act

(1985:1100) as amended by the Act (2009:670) amending

in the Education Act (1985:1100).



A decision on the contribution referred to in the first subparagraph shall be based

the municipal budget for the following calendar year and taken

last modified on February 15, the calendar year in which the grant relates.

paragraph 1, provide for the amounts which the municipality shall

pay to an individual principal per student, software and, in

where appropriate, approach.



When the National Agency for education is announcing rules for refund amounts

size according to national price list, the municipality's

budgeted amount or the relevant County Council

the budgeted costs of the programme and, where appropriate,

focus as a basis for refunds. Such

rules are to be notified by 31 January of the calendar year

which regulations apply to. Regulation (2012:996).



section 3 of the State's school may provide for an obligation for

a municipality or a County Council to provide the information if

activities required for such decisions on refund
